The workshop is aimed at anyone who is keen to learn more about the physical side of the game. Getting on the court and trying out some of the fitness drills yourself is not compulsory – the workshop is designed to equally cater to those who wish to just learn more about the science and theory behind physical training for squash.


Whether you’re a keen player wishing to work on and develop your own fitness programme, or a coach looking to learn how best to structure and run physical sessions for your players, this workshop will answer all of your questions and more.


Spaces on the workshop are very strictly limited to ensure sufficient time is allotted to small group Q&As and discussion-based learning, so sign up early to avoid disappointment.
