Over the course of the weekend, we’ll help you improve your ability to attack the front of the court. It’s essential to be able to put the ball away when an opportunity presents itself. 


In order to do this, you need a good technique and good tactical awareness to be able to close the court down, and sense when there is an opportunity to attack.

Learn how to show your opponent that you can hit to the front or back, from the same swing.

SHORT & LONG

Find the optimal swing size for any situation.

Learn to take up the optimal T position to give yourself the best chance to volley.

PREPARATION

VOLLEYING

CREATE THREAT

BREAK YOUR OPPONENT'S RHYTHM

Learn how to stop your opponent on the T.

Learn the importance of getting your racket above the ball.

Leave the ball further up the court by learning to use cut and spin effectively.
